Dr James Falconer (UQ School of Pharmacy)

Speaker Bio

James lives to do supercritical research. He started his pharmacy studies at the University of Otago but completed the BPharm at The University of Auckland. After working for 3 years in hospital, first as an intern then pharmacist, he returned to The University of Auckland to complete a PhD. He continued to work in both community and hospital throughout his PhD. James moved to Brisbane in 2015 and The University of Queensland (because he heard the weather was better), and is establishing a core team around the use of alternative solvents and pharmaceutics.
