State-of-the-art, purpose-built research and teaching facilities within The Pharmacy Australia Centre of Excellence (PACE) has placed The University of Queensland's School of Pharmacy at the very forefront of Pharmacy research.
The School's research programs are well-developed across a diverse range of areas, but are broadly grouped into four main research strengths:
Pharmacometrics: quantitation of drug effects and optimisation of study design and dosing regimens.
Pharmacy Education: development, delivery and scholarship of teaching and learning as applicable to pharmacy practice and interprofessional education.
Quality Use of Medicines: ensuring medicines are used in the best way possible to achieve good health outcomes.
