Dr. Erin Emery-Tiburcio, Rush University Medical Center - Improving Healthcare: The 4Ms of Age-Friendly Behavioral Health
Abstract
The 4Ms of an Age-Friendly Health System (What Matters Most, Medication, Mentation, Mobility) is a framework developed to reflect evidence-based interventions for improving older adult health care broadly. Dr. Emery-Tiburcio adapted and expanded the 4Ms framework to also meet the behavioral health needs of older adults across settings (4Ms-BH). This seminar will provide an introduction to the 4Ms-BH framework and opportunities for implementation across disciplines.
