While starting University is very exciting, there’s a few administrative tasks we need you to complete so that exciting things like your pharmacy placements will run smoothly.

All students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy must hold a Blue Card. Please complete the form below and return to School of Pharmacy reception by Week 3.

Pharmacy students are also required to meet all the Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences vaccination requirements. Please complete the Immunisation Record and return to School of Pharmacy reception by Week 3.

The School of Pharmacy recognises that being the new kid on the block can be a daunting experience for new students, which is why we've designed a Student Leader program, led by pharmacy students, for pharmacy students to create a vibrant campus atmosphere that reaches out to all new students, and our Student Leaders are an integral part of that.
